Roxanne received her BA in Fine Arts from St. Mary's College of Maryland, St. Mary's City, Maryland in 1986. She participates in local juried art shows. She reproduces her own prints and signs each one. She works part-time at Shepherdstown Paint and Art, 108 East German Street, Shepherdstown, WV 25443 where she also sells her art.
